On a recent broadcast of Super Junior’s “Kiss The Radio“, DJ’s Sungmin and Ryeowook had a little conversation about their fellow members Donghae and Eunhyuk and their duet, “Oppa Has Risen.”
During the recording, Sungmin received a text message from Donghae saying “I’m listening while driving” (don’t text and drive, please!) which prompted a curious Ryeowook to wonder where his fellow member was going at such a late time (KTR broadcasts from 10 PM – 12 AM KST). The two then came to a conclusion that Donghae was going to practice for his heavily anticipated duet with Eunhyuk, “Oppa Has Risen.” Both DJ’s expressed interest in seeing the performances, which will be shown on music programs in the following weeks, and commented on the great responses from the fans during the first “Oppa Has Risen” concert.
Donghae self-composed the song, along with some help from a “friend” (of whom we assume to be Eunhyuk); “Oppa Has Risen” will be released as a digital single sometime soon, so keep a lookout for the duet on music shows!
